Floor Plan Info

Per our previous Weekly Briefly, the Ohio Lottery requires floor plans for each host partner location with the sports betting kiosk(s) labeled. They also require your existing lottery machines to be labeled. We are asking that you submit your floor plan to john@betskybox.com or sean@betskybox.com by Thursday, December 22nd. Below is a sample floor plan.

Banking

Another reminder to set up your separate bank account solely for sports gaming. We will send out an ACH form in the very near future.

License Lookup

If you want to know where your Type C Host License stands, you can find your status by searching for your business at the Ohio license e-portal. Please note we are unable to ship any equipment unless you have at least “Conditional Approval” as your status.

Other Updates

– Your kiosk(s) and POS system will be drop shipped in mid-January and then BetSkybox alongside with our supplier IGT will install the kiosks and POS system. There may be some time in between shipment and installation. We will notify you about exact dates in advance of shipment and installation.

– We will have multiple training options including at our Columbus office and onsite at your location. Training will occur in early January through mid January. More details about scheduling coming soon!
